What Is a Campaign?

A campaign on Pitchwise is more than just a document; it’s your fundraising story. It includes pitch decks, teasers, or any content shared to grab an investor’s attention and secure their interest in your fundraising round.

Creating Your Campaign

Option 1: Upload a Pitch Deck
Easily upload and brand your pitch deck with these steps:

  1. Locate the "Upload a Deck" Button: Access this from your Pitchwise dashboard to get started.
  2. Name Your Campaign: Choose a name like "Seed Deck" to reflect your fundraising focus.
  3. Brand Your Deck: Add your company logo to create a professional, polished look.
  4. Add a Calendar Link: Let investors schedule meetings directly from your deck.
  5. Upload Your Deck: Use the "Upload your pitch deck" field to add a PDF from your device.
  6. Preview and Publish: Check your work using “Preview,” then generate a sharing link by clicking “Publish Campaign.”


Option 2: Create a Teaser Page

For a high-level overview, build a teaser page by:

  1. Clicking "Create a Teaser": This option is on your dashboard.
  2. Naming Your Campaign: Choose a clear and memorable name.
  3. Adding a Calendar Link: Streamline scheduling with potential investors.
  4. Customizing Your Teaser: Include key details about your company, deal terms, pitch, team, and backers.
  5. Preview and Publish: Ensure the page looks perfect before publishing and generating a sharing link.

Sharing Your Campaign

Once published, sharing your campaign is effortless:

  • From the Campaign Page: Click “Share Campaign” in the top-right corner.
  • From Your Dashboard: Use the … menu next to the campaign name and select “Share Campaign.”

Copy and share this link with potential investors, partners, or anyone else you'd like to share your documents with.
